I am finally here! Hello, it’s great to finally be here with all of you. My journey for the last year was long, and I thank you all for waiting to have me. All of your great videos and messages to me really helped me continued my journey. Your school and culture is what really made me want to go to japan. I want to experience the school life and its history. I want to learn with everyone and also teach others about who I am and where I am from.
Japan, as people know is very different from America. Our school isn’t as rich in tradition as Katsuta high school. We don’t have uniforms, or festivals. We also don’t have traditional tea making ceremony and kendo. As I enroll in Katsuta high school, I wish to wear their uniform with pride. And also be able to show everyone back home how amazing it is to be an exchange student in Katsuta.
